I’m naturally curious about how people think, behave, and make decisions. My work often starts with finding patterns — in user behavior, business needs, messy systems, and the small moments where products either create clarity or get in the way.

My background spans UX research, product strategy, interface design, and founder-led product building. I’m most energized by complex problems that require both structure and empathy: asking better questions, making sense of ambiguity, and turning insights into products that feel simple, useful, and human.

I’m currently building Shop Latte, a platform that helps people discover small businesses across the United States. It has become one of the clearest expressions of how I think: systems-first, research-informed, and grounded in real people trying to make things work.
